Zusammenfassung

Uniper is seeking a Head of Solar Development Engineering to lead the Development Engineering team across the project portfolio, providing technical leadership from concept to grid connection for utility-scale solar and BESS projects in a dynamic energy transition.

You will drive optimization, risk management, and due diligence while coordinating with Development, Grid, Civil, Procurement, and Project Management teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale Solar projects.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection, and project development.
• Experience in project optimization, technical due diligence, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
