You will drive digitalization of engineering processes and manage technical risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver execution-ready solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy or related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale solar projects.
• 3+ years leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection and project development.
• Experience in project optimization, due diligence, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Development Engineering team across the project portfolio

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale Solar projects
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection, and project development
• Experience in project optimization, technical due diligence, and risk management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
