Job summary

Discover International is seeking a senior engineering leader to own packaging and inspection operations in a GMP production environment. You will provide technical leadership, ensure equipment reliability, oversee maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, and lead the engineering team supporting day-to-day production.

The role emphasizes upgrading lines, driving performance improvements, and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements while mentoring the engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong leadership experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment, inspection systems and production machinery.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Background in maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment reliability.
• Experience with continuous improvement and technical optimisation.
• Good understanding of GMP requirements.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
