Job summary

Discover International in Germany is seeking an experienced Head of QC to lead a growing biopharmaceutical quality team, overseeing QA/QC activities, validation and tech transfer across global operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Quality in pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated leadership of QC teams and projects.
• Experience with validation and tech transfer activities.

We are supporting an up and coming Biopharmaceutical company, as they go through a huge period of growth. The company has a number of Biological products they are manufacturing for supply across the globe. As they ramp up their operations in Germany, they are seeking an experienced QC leader, to help build and develop the team.

The Role

As a Head of QC, you will play a key role in the oversight of key projects for this company, leading a team of QC professionals, having autonomy over hires at different levels, and spearheading Global validation and qualification activities, and Tech Transfer processes.
