CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH in Berlin seeks a Head of Quality Excellence to lead the quality function, set strategic direction, and ensure robust processes across the product lifecycle. You will oversee all vendor- and partner-related activities, manage market complaints, recalls, and quality incidents, drive PQRs and reference standards, and guide cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field (natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine).
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Broad knowledge in Quality, especially in Complaints, Issue Management and PQR.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex topics.
• Strong communication with cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead and develop the quality team, providing strategic direction and executing departmental objectives.
• Oversee vendor- and partner-related activities and act as primary contact for escalations and critical quality matters.
• End-to-end management of market complaints, recalls, and other quality issues throughout product lifecycle.
• Oversee Product Quality Reviews (PQR), product stability programs, and reference standard provisioning in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Monitor quality data, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• You lead and develop the team by providing strategic direction, making key decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of departmental objectives.
• You organize, prioritize, and allocate tasks across the team while fostering effective collaboration within the department and across cross-functional functions.
• You oversee all vendor- and partner-related activities and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical quality matters.
• You are accountable for the end-to-end management of market complaints, claims, recalls, product-related alerts, and other quality-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• You are responsible for Product Quality Reviews (PQR), product stability programs, and the identification and supply of reference standards in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• You monitor and analyze product quality data, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards.

What sets you apart:

• You bring at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
• You bring at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• You bring at least 4 years of Leadership experience.
• You have a broad knowledge in the field of Quality, especially in Complaints, Issue Management and PQR.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage complex topics.
• You are a strong communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
