CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH in Berlin is seeking a highly experienced medical affairs professional to join our owner-managed, global specialty pharma team. The role focuses on scientific leadership and compliant medical strategies across products.

You will provide scientific and clinical expertise, liaise with medical, regulatory, quality and commercial colleagues, and develop medical education programs while supporting post-authorization studies and safety communications.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong scientific communication and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management in international teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support promoted products and ensure medical accuracy across all activities
• Act as key interface between medical, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to ensure aligned and compliant product strategies
• Develop and deliver medical education and training programs, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders
• Contribute to clinical and post-authorization study activities, including documentation and participation in scientific initiatives
• Support safety-related communication and ensure compliance with applicable regulations in all promotional activities
