Project Management & Execution

You lead and oversee complex, cross-functional scientific projects, ensuring a structured approach, effective coordination, and successful delivery. By managing project activities across multiple stakeholders and functions, you drive projects forward and ensure objectives are achieved efficiently.

Project Strategy & Planning

You define the overall project strategy, including scope, key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. By establishing clear project plans and aligning them with business objectives, you create a strong foundation for successful project execution.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

You serve as the single point of contact for projects across the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders. Through proactive engagement and collaboration, you build consensus, facilitate decision-making, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk, Resource & Quality Management

You ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards. You proactively identify and manage risks, resource requirements, and project issues, developing contingency plans where necessary. In addition, you ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and promote best practices in project governance and execution.

What sets you apart:

Education & Professional Experience

You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine. In addition, you bring at least seven years of relevant professional experience, enabling you to confidently manage complex projects and work effectively within multidisciplinary environments.

Project Management Expertise

You possess strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Through your structured and results-oriented approach, you ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of project objectives.

Regulatory & Quality Knowledge

You have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and GxP standards and are able to apply this knowledge in a practical business environment. By ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards, you contribute to the successful and sustainable delivery of projects.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities. You effectively collaborate across complex organizational structures, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment between diverse functions and project goals.
