Job summary

Y-Axis in Berlin is seeking an experienced shift manager to lead our bar and service team. You will supervise service, front desk, and bar operations, ensuring a smooth workflow behind the scenes and a warm guest interface.

You will train and coach staff, uphold hygiene and quality standards, manage communications, and share insider tips for guests while delivering a welcoming experience for international guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality management.
• Experience as shift manager or in a leadership role.
• Experience in trendy restaurants or lifestyle hotels preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible schedule.
• Confident, sociable, with a positive attitude and sense of humor.

Responsibilities
