Job summary

Peec AI seeks a GTM Engineer to build the systems behind how we win customers across Europe: automated enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound that runs without hands-on supervision. This is an on-site role at our Berlin office, with responsibility to scale campaigns and orchestrate multi-channel workflows.

You will own the GTM tech stack, including email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, and data quality, while creating playbooks and documentation to repeat successful processes across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps automation, or a technical growth role in B2B SaaS.
• Able to scope a messy, multi-source data problem and ship something the sales team trusts.
• Hands-on with Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, and n8n, with enough Python or JavaScript to keep going when no-code tools run out.
• AI-native by default: your first instinct is to automate, not to add headcount.
• A track record of increasing conversion and reducing manual SDR and AE workload through automation.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit.
• Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences, and launch 3 to 5 scalable campaigns each month.
• Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows.
• Own the full GTM tech stack: email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, attribution, and the build-versus-buy calls as it evolves.
• Build the documentation and playbooks that make the whole system repeatable.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of attribution modeling, tracking setup, and analytics tools

• Experience building or scaling a GTM or RevOps function in a high-growth startup
