Peec AI is seeking an Associate GTM Engineer to build and run the HubSpot systems powering customer acquisition across Europe. This on-site role in our Berlin office will focus on workflows, lead scoring, and integrations that connect HubSpot to the rest of our stack.

You will work with the Berlin sales team and grow into the wider GTM engineering toolkit, from enrichment to multi-channel outbound, while documenting what you build for repeatability.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in a HubSpot-heavy role in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent HubSpot skills: built complex workflows, lead scoring models, and custom properties.
• Builder mindset: automate a task rather than doing it twice.
• Comfortable connecting systems with Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.
• Structured and detail-oriented with data.
• AI-native by default: you reach for AI tools to move faster.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that automate lead management, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and follow-ups
• Set up and tune lead scoring, routing, and assignment so the right leads reach the right rep fast
• Configure and manage HubSpot properties, custom objects, forms, and sequences
• Connect HubSpot to the rest of the stack through native integrations, Zapier, or n8n, and keep data flowing cleanly between tools
• Own data quality: deduplication, enrichment inputs, and the standards that keep reporting trustworthy
• Support campaign launches with our GTM Engineer, from list building to sequence setup
• Document what you build so the system stays repeatable

About The Role

We're looking for an Associate GTM Engineer to build and run the HubSpot systems behind how Peec AI wins customers across Europe. HubSpot sits at the center of our GTM stack, and this role makes it work harder: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle automation, and the integrations that connect it to everything else.

You'll work alongside our GTM Engineer and the Berlin sales team, and grow into the wider GTM engineering toolkit, from Clay and enrichment to multi-channel outbound. This is an on-site role in our Berlin office.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that automate lead management, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and follow-ups

• Set up and tune lead scoring, routing, and assignment so the right leads reach the right rep fast

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 2 years in a HubSpot-heavy role in B2B SaaS: marketing operations, RevOps, CRM administration, or GTM engineering

• Excellent HubSpot skills: you've built complex workflows, lead scoring models, and custom properties, and you know where HubSpot breaks and how to work around it

• A builder mindset: you'd rather automate a task than do it twice

• Comfortable connecting systems with Zapier, n8n, or similar tools

• Structured and detail-oriented with data

• AI-native by default: you reach for AI tools to move faster

Bonus Points

• HubSpot certifications (Operations Hub, Sales Hub, or Marketing Hub)

• Exposure to Clay, Apollo, or other enrichment tools

• Some JavaScript or Python, for example for HubSpot custom coded actions

• Experience in a high-growth startup
