• Hands-on production experience building and owning workflows with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com.
• Strong data skills across SQL, Python, and BI tooling (Looker Studio or Snowflake).
• An AI-native mindset: actively using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate work.
• 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, finance).
• Systems-thinking approach with durable, well-structured solutions.
• German at native/C2 level and professional English proficiency.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for hybrid work.

About the Role

This is a hands-on GTM Engineer role at a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency serving the DACH market. You will own strategic automation projects end to end, building the workflows and data infrastructure that power client acquisition and outreach at scale. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy, and carries real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.com.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate GTM operations and identify new opportunities for automation in a B2B context.

• Write SQL and Python to collect, transform, and visualize data that informs strategic decisions.

• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure using BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.

• Identify process inefficiencies and design clean, maintainable technical solutions to address them.

• Drive strategic projects independently, communicating progress and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.

• Hands-on production experience building and owning workflows with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com.

• Strong data skills across SQL, Python, and BI tooling (for example, Looker Studio or Snowflake).

• An AI-native mindset: you actively use tools like Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate your work.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or finance.

• Systems-thinking approach: you anticipate problems and build solutions that are durable and well-structured.

• Prior B2B SaaS exposure or demonstrated experience building a process or system from scratch is a plus.

• German at native or C2 level, and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 50,000 to 70,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
