Reonic in Berlin is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the Italian market, working closely with installers and internal teams to ship features that fit local rules and improve activation and retention.

You'll talk to installers, run site visits, demos, and support tickets, travel to Italy roughly quarterly, and collaborate with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Customer Success. Fluent English and Italian are required; German is a plus.

• Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best
• Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for IT installers.
• Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit IT reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.
• Make It Reusable: Turn IT solutions into platform features every market can use.
• Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
• Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Hands-On Experience: 2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.
• Outcome driven: You have improved a metric before and can walk us through how you did it.
• Strong Research Skills: You combine qualitative and quantitative research to make informed product decisions.
• Strong Product Taste: You spot weak flows and can say exactly define why it is weak.
• Willingness to Travel: Roughly once per quarter to Italy to meet our customers on site.
• Language: Excellent English and Italian (Bonus:German).
