Reonic GmbH in Berlin is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the UK market, engaging with installers through calls, visits and demos to drive activation and retention. You will implement features that fit UK rules, and articulate usability improvements while collaborating with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

The role requires 2+ years in product management, strong research and excellent English, with occasional travel to the UK.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or product-driven environments.
• Strong research approach using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent English language skills; German is a bonus.
• Ability to spot weak flows and articulate why they are weak.
• Willingness to travel roughly once per quarter to the UK to meet customers on site.

What You Will Do

• Own the UK Market: Be the PM for UK. Find what is missing and optimize
• Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best
• Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for UK installers.
• Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit UK reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.
• Make It Reusable: Turn UK solutions into platform features every market can use.
• Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
• Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
