Zusammenfassung

Reonic GmbH in Berlin is seeking a Product Manager to own the Italian market for our IT product. The role requires close collaboration with installers, engineering, design, and marketing to tailor features, improve activation and drive retention.

You will travel to Italy roughly once per quarter and work on local compliance and user flows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in product management, a strong ability to measure outcomes, and fluency in English and Italian (German a plus).

• Proven ability to improve metrics with concrete examples.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Excellent product sense with ability to spot weak flows.
• Willingness to travel roughly once per quarter to Italy.

• Make It Reusable: Turn IT solutions into platform features every market can use.
• Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
• Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
