Qualifications

• Strong academic performance with initiative and quick learning.
• Internship must be part of university program or academic credit.
• Experience in marketing/advertising is a plus; training provided.
• Fluent English; German or French desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cross‑channel marketing strategies to boost organic traffic and leads.
• Create reports for the consulting industry and optimize SEO with SEMrush.
• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Develop social media content strategies to engage executives.
• Track marketing metrics using Looker Studio and Google Analytics and provide recommendations.

The Role

As a Growth Marketing Intern at Consultport, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly expand your marketing skills. Our goal is to set the standard in innovation, creativity, and performance. You’ll learn to craft cross‑channel marketing strategies, create engaging content, and effectively utilize various media platforms. You’ll support communication plan development, manage media relations, and lead initiatives to elevate our brand image and increase our search rankings, all while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the consulting market.

Your Mission

• Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement cross‑channel marketing strategies to boost Consultport's organic traffic and lead generation.

• Report, Drafting, & SEO Optimization – Create high‑quality reports for the consulting industry tailored to c‑suite executives, optimize for search engines, and enhance website performance using SEO tools like SEMrush.

• Performance Marketing – Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.

• Social Media Growth – Develop social media content strategies (organic and paid) to engage executives and strengthen brand authority.

• Marketing Analytics - Track and analyze marketing metrics using Looker Studio & Google Analytics to refine strategy and provide actionable recommendations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across multiple channels

Your Profile

• About to graduate from a top university in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field

• Strong academic performance with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative

• This internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit

• Previous professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or within a high‑performance start‑up environment is a plus

• Prior experience with tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, or Looker Studio is a plus but not required—you’ll receive training and support.

• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German or French is highly desired.
