Zusammenfassung

Tiugo is seeking a Growth Engineer to design and ship tooling, automation, and AI agent workflows powering acquisition, content, and experimentation across Tiugo’s brands. You will build and maintain tooling to track visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI-powered search.

You will turn product and sales information into insights, feed signals into content and campaign decisions, and co-own funnel operations from instrumentation to execution, partnering with the Head of Growth Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building marketing or growth engineering systems.
• Experience with automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, or AI agent tooling.
• Experience ideally in a B2B software or developer tools company.
• Genuine fluency in AI tooling and agentic workflows.
• Ability to discuss agents or automations built, what broke, and what would be done differently.
• Comfort owning ambiguous, undefined scope and helping write specifications.
• Systems-thinking approach to data flows, manual processes, and accuracy.
• Focus on improving funnel speed and cleanliness rather than code volume.

• Co-own funnel operations from instrumentation through agentic execution
