Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead outbound email campaigns and maintain high data hygiene. You will build lists with Apollo/ZoomInfo, test messaging, and support reporting for leadership. Strong CRM literacy and a systems mindset are essential. This role is based in Germany and collaborates with the SDR team to drive results.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales/marketing operations and a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with little supervision.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred.

• No commercial cleaning experience required.
