Zusammenfassung

ERGO is seeking a senior professional to lead global leadership development initiatives and to shape cross-cultural training offerings for managers across levels. The role emphasizes collaboration with international schools, external providers, and senior stakeholders to implement programs and governance across the organisation.

The candidate will drive strategies for performance assessment, succession planning and leadership diagnostics, supported by a strong project management background.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in economics or social sciences.
• Several years of experience in talent and/or leadership development.
• Experience designing strategy-oriented development programs.
• Excellent project management skills and leadership diagnostics knowledge.
• Intercultural thinking with international exposure.
• Strong English language skills and global mindset.

• Global development, steering and implementation of leadership development processes and programs, including collaboration and contract management with international business schools and external providers.
• Further development and new design of open leadership trainings and development offerings for managers at different levels, in an international and cross-cultural context.
• Development and execution of global procedures for performance assessment and succession management for executives, including individual executive consultancy.
• Definition and harmonization of global HR policies, frameworks and KPI systems for leadership and talent management for global collection and monitoring of metrics.
• Facilitation and moderation of international leadership activities such as workshops and panels, in close cooperation with senior stakeholders and local HR.

Your profile

• Master's degree (in economics or social sciences), ideally with a focus on human resources
• Multiple years of experience in talent and/or leadership development
• Experience in developing and implementing strategy-oriented development programs, preferably in an international context
• Excellent project management skills as well as very good knowledge in the field of leadership diagnostics combined with analytical and consulting abilities
• Intercultural thinking and acting (ideally based on experience from an extended stay abroad)
• Strong English language skills and a global mindset
