Job summary

Döhler is seeking a Global Industrial Automation Engineer (m/f/d) to lead and deliver post-merger automation projects across our worldwide operations. You will provide end-to-end execution and technical support for global automation projects, collaborating with Project Engineering, Technology Development, IT and Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Industrial Automation.

• Lead and deliver industrial automation post-merger integration projects
• End-to-end execution and technical support of global automation projects in close collaboration with functions such as Project Engineering, Technology Development, IT and Production
• Support factories globally in all aspects of Industrial Automation
• Responsibility for developing and implementing global standards for industrial automation

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, automation Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of professional experience in Industrial Automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
• Demonstrated intercultural awareness and experience working in international environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a hands‑on approach to developing and implementing effective solutions
• Passion for emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation in industrial environments
