Zusammenfassung

DöhlerGroup is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Lead to drive shopfloor digitalization across its global production network. You will identify improvement opportunities, prototype and industrialize digital solutions, and build strong business cases for investments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, validating ideas quickly with AI-assisted approaches, and leading change initiatives to ensure adoption and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commissioning experience and understanding of shopfloor operations.
• Solid coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidly develop and implement solutions.
• Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges.
• Strong ownership mindset and initiative to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Your Role

• Drive change and adoption by effectively communicating project goals, progress, and results to all relevant stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on commissioning experience and a solid understanding of shopfloor operations and production realities.
• Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidly develop and implement solutions.
• Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real‑world industrial challenges.
• Strong ownership mindset with the drive to take initiative and make things happen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different functions and organizational levels.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
