Your Role

• Support of global production sites across all aspects of manufacturing and process technologies
• Responsibility for developing and implementing global standards for process engineering
• End-to-end execution and technical support of engineering and technology projects in close collaboration with functions such as R&D, Technology Development, and Production
• Contribution to optimized plant availability through continuous improvement of existing plant and process technologies, with a clear focus on safety, quality, and environmental aspects
• Advancement of continuous improvement initiatives across plants, systems, methodologies, processes, and competencies
• Identification and implementation of solutions to increase productivity and enhance process stability

Your Profile

• Degree in food process engineering, biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, engineering, food technology, dairy, brewing, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in plant processes or production, with exposure to plant or equipment engineering, ideally in the food or biotechnology sector
• Hands-on knowledge across a wide range of process engineering technologies
• Experience with process analysis, optimization, and relevant tools
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
