Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• First practical experience in digitalization, automation, manufacturing IT, or shopfloor projects.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.
• Strong technical affinity with coding and technologies such as Python, APIs, IIoT, databases.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

• Contribute to digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept to rollout.

Your Role

• Contribute to digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept and prototyping through to implementation and rollout


• Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and translate them into practical, scalable digital solutions


• Develop, test, validate, and implement prototypes and digital solutions in close collaboration with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders


• Evaluate emerging technologies and digital tools, contribute to pilot initiatives, and support the preparation of business cases for investment decisions


• Leverage modern AI-supported development approaches to accelerate prototyping, validate ideas quickly, and bring promising concepts into operation


• Take ownership of defined work packages, smaller initiatives, or pilot projects, ensuring structured execution, documentation, and transparent communication


• Support change and adoption by communicating project goals, progress, and results to relevant stakeholders and end users

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field


• First practical experience in digitalization, automation, manufacturing IT, industrial engineering, or shopfloor-related projects


• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, or industrial environments; hands-on experience is an advantage


• Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience, for example with Python, APIs, IIoT, databases, or similar technologies


• Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges


• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of defined tasks, work packages, or smaller projects


• Good communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders across different functions


• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
