Döhler is seeking a Manager (m/f/d) Digital Development & Applications (R&D) to drive the digital transformation within its central R&D function, with an AI-first approach. You will work with business and IT colleagues to identify automation opportunities, increase efficiency, and optimize processes.

The role requires practical SAP/IT experience and deep understanding of R&D processes, ideally in the food/process industry.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in digitalization, process optimization, IT project management, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of AI applications, automation, data analysis, and modern IT solutions.
• Experience in requirements management, solution design, and the implementation of digital solutions.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management – including at the management level.

• Project management for projects from requirements analysis to successful go-live, including change management and training aspects
• Close, constructive, and proactive collaboration with management, business, IT, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring the stable operation of the assigned applications, as well as coordinating incidents and processing service and authorization requests
