Aufgaben

• Define and further develop the global production and detailed planning model.
• Govern the end‑to‑end manufacturing process, including process and change management as Global Process Owner (GPO).
• Define and manage global MES and planning IT standards.
• Lead global workstreams such as Digital & Smart Manufacturing and special workgroups.
• Coordinate global IT and planning requirements with IT and key users.
• Ensure global adoption through training and rollout concepts.
• Set and ensure compliance with global standards and governance at local sites.
• Collect and structure feedback from local counterparts for continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent application of planning logic and data quality across sites.
• Stabilise planning processes and support pilots and rollouts, including escalation and decision‑making as GPO.
