Voith Hydro Holding GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Global Manufacturing Planner (m/f/d) & Process Owner IT to drive global planning standards, MES enablement, and digital transparency across plants.

In this role you will lead global workstreams, define MES and planning IT standards, coordinate with IT and key users, and ensure governance and data quality while supporting pilots and rollouts. Occasional international travel required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or a comparable field.
• Experience in production planning and MES implementations across multiple sites.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong IT affinity, governance and facilitation skills.
• Excellent English skills spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally (50%).

• Define and further develop the global production and detailed planning model.
• Govern the end-to-end Manufacturing process, including process and change management as Global Process Owner (GPO).
• Define and manage global MES and planning IT standards.
• Lead global workstreams such as Digital & Smart Manufacturing and special workgroups.
• Coordinate global IT and planning requirements with IT and key users.
• Ensure global adoption through training and rollout concepts.
• Set and ensure compliance with global standards and governance at local sites.
• Collect and structure feedback from local counterparts for continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent application of planning logic and data quality across sites.
• Stabilize planning processes and support pilots and rollouts, including escalation and decision-making as GPO.

As Global Manufacturing Planner (m/f/d) & Process Owner IT, you will hold global responsibility for manufacturing planning standards and IT/MES enablement. Your mission is to ensure harmonized production scheduling, digital transparency, and consistent system utilization across all plants.

• Willingness to travel internationally (50%).

This position can be filled at any of our global Voith Hydro locations. The remote work policies will adhere to the regulations of the specific location where you are based - this is not a fully remote position.
