Miele is seeking a leader for strategic field operations projects to support its global service strategy. You will drive cross-regional alignment and translate priorities into actionable plans that enable scalable execution across markets.

In this role, you will help harmonize processes, tools, and ways of working; identify opportunities with measurable impact; and provide transparent updates on progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring sustainable implementation and global alignment.
