Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated consultant for intralogistics process improvement in Germany. You will implement process and operations topics on time and with high quality within customer implementations, and act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.

You will drive automation and innovation projects, develop process management to create transparency, and document and optimize processes for modularization and standardization of logistics workflows.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics.
• Experience in intralogistics and managing interdisciplinary projects.
• Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions.
• Proficient BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is advantageous.
• Process-oriented thinker with strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

• Design new processes or further develop existing procedures to ensure high process quality in optimization, escalation or change projects.

• Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and assume sub-project responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
• Increase project quality – particularly in automation and innovation projects.
• Establish and continuously develop process management to create process transparency.
• Capture, document, analyze and optimize processes with the goal of modularizing and standardizing logistics processes.
• Design new processes or further develop existing procedures to ensure high process quality in optimization, escalation or change projects.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics.
• Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
• Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions.
• Confident use of BPMN for process modeling as well as MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
• Process-oriented thinker, strong communicator and confident presence as a consultant and team player.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
