Role Overview

We’re now looking for a Global Data & Insights Lead to help shape and scale the commercial foundation of our Data & Insights products. This includes our upcoming Clean Room capability, self‑serve insights dashboards, and new audience products that extend targeting and measurement beyond the Wolt app.

In this role, you’ll turn complex data capabilities into simple, valuable commercial offerings for brands and agencies. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, PMM, Data Science, and Legal/Privacy to define packaging, pricing, positioning and go‑to‑market plans.

What You’ll Be Doing
Commercial Strategy
  • Shape our Data & Insights product portfolio, packaging, and key customer segments.
  • Own pricing across subscription, usage, enterprise, and performance models.
  • Define when products should be self‑serve vs. managed, and how they roll out across markets.
  • Create clear, practical GTM materials – from sales plays to pitch decks and demos.
Product Partnership
  • Turn customer and market input into sharp product requirements and priorities.
  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering on MVPs and success metrics.
  • Test and scale new commercial ideas (e.g., pricing pilots, Clean Room trials).
Go‑to‑Market & Sales
  • Partner with Sales and Agencies to build the right packages and enterprise proposals.
  • Support commercial discussions, SLAs, and terms for Clean Room and audience deals.
  • Equip Sales, AMs, and Agencies with simple, effective enablement and training.
Operations & Governance
  • Define commercial KPIs, forecast ARR, and support revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing models and usage measurement.
  • Ensure our data products stay commercially consistent and aligned with privacy and consent requirements.
Our Humble Expectations
  • 5–8+ years in product‑commercial, product marketing or commercial strategy roles in data/analytics, retail media, ad‑tech, or publisher data.
  • Experience commercializing data products, Clean Room solutions or privacy‑safe data sharing.
  • Strong commercial skills: pricing, packaging, revenue modelling, enterprise agreements.
  • Ability to work closely with Product and technical teams to shape roadmaps and MVPs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Agencies, PMM, and Legal/Privacy stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in pricing models, forecasts and BI tools.
  • Clear communicator with strong customer‑facing and internal storytelling skills.
  • Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable navigating a fast‑moving matrix environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CPG advertisers/agencies or payment partners.
  • Background in self‑serve data tools or data monetisation programs.
  • Familiarity with Clean Room vendors, AppsFlyer, DMPs and data privacy frameworks.
What Success Looks Like
  • Growing adoption and revenue contribution across Data & Insights products.
  • Clear, scalable packaging and pricing that Sales and Agencies use consistently.
  • Product roadmap shaped meaningfully by commercial impact.
  • Strong compliance and commercial hygiene for Clean Room and Data Collaboration deals.
  • Repeatable plays, customer wins and case studies within the first year.
Your First 90 Days
  • Speak with top customers and Sales/Agency teams to understand needs and opportunities.
  • Propose a clear three‑tier packaging and pricing model.
  • Launch a Clean Room pilot and a brand Insights subscription pilot.
  • Deliver core enablement: sales playbook, demo scripts, ROI calculator and commercial templates.
  • Influence the product backlog with a revenue‑aligned prioritisation view.
How You’ll Use AI
  • Use AI/ML to support automated insights generation in dashboards.
  • Use generative tools to speed up pricing scenarios, sales collateral and pitch materials.
  • Partner with Data Science on audience models, measurement frameworks and AI‑driven pricing experiments.
  • Ensure all AI use remains privacy‑safe, ethical and transparent for brands.
