CBtalents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our international team. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual German (C1/C2).

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
