Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria is seeking a German-speaking Billing Service Agent to support German-speaking customers with billing inquiries and deliver an exceptional service experience.

The role is based on-site in Sofia initially, with a hybrid option after 4 months for top performers. Relocation support includes Airbnb for 2 weeks and up to €255 flight reimbursement, with monthly meal vouchers, private health insurance and a Multisport card. Monday to Saturday shifts 09:00–21:00.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in German C1/C2.
• B1/B2 level in English.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.

Job description

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and provides a relocation package. The role is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent, supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support: 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation, Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary
