Job summary

Enzo Tech Group Ltd in Germany seeks an experienced Lead SAP Payroll Consultant to drive a major SAP Payroll implementation for new German entities, owning both functional and technical delivery. You will lead end-to-end payroll design and configuration, and act as SME for SAP HCM/Payroll, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.

English fluent required; German language skills are advantageous as you oversee integration across SAP modules and manage complex payroll scenarios

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of German Payroll (PY-DE), including local legislation and statutory requirements.
• Proven expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processes.
• Previous experience leading SAP Payroll implementations or workstreams.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP HCM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English. German language skills are advantageous.

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead SAP Payroll Consultant to support a major SAP Payroll implementation project for an established international organisation.

This role will focus on the implementation and configuration of SAP Payroll for new legal entities in Germany, taking ownership of both functional and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation, including solution design, configuration and delivery.
• Act as the primary SAP Payroll SME and key point of contact for the client.
• Configure and optimise SAP HCM Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processes.
• Support the setup of new German legal entities within an existing SAP landscape.
• Oversee integration across SAP OM, PA, PY and TM modules.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and lead defect resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, sickness processes and basic pay configuration.
• Previous experience leading SAP Payroll implementations or workstreams.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP HCM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English. German language skills are advantageous.
• Experience with Austrian or Swiss Payroll is also beneficial.
