Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced lawyers who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in digital workspaces.

You will create and review tasks, draft realistic requests grounded in German law, define grading criteria, and review an agent’s step-by-step work. This remote pilot runs about 21 hours per week on an hourly basis from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal practice.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany
• Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with deep knowledge of BGB, HGB, GmbHG and German court procedure
