Next Job Abroad is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Consultant to assist users of digital apps, wallets, and streaming accounts. This is a non-technical role, with relocation to Sofia and EU work rights welcomed. You’ll work 10:00–19:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends entirely yours.

You should enjoy talking to people, solving quick puzzles, and logging off in the city after hours. Training and hotel support are provided for the first weeks of settling in abroad.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and solid English.
• Willing to relocate for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills with live chat, emails and phone tools.
• No technical degree required.

We are hiring Customer Support Consultants to help users with their everyday favourite digital apps, mobile wallets, and family streaming accounts.

No technical coding or engineering degree required.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (think: unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets).
• Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday only - weekends are 100% yours!).

• Fluency in German + solid professional English skills.
• A naturally helpful personality—you like talking to people and sorting out quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills (if you can manage live chats, emails, and phone tools smoothly, you're set).
• Ready to move abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least 1 year.
• Valid EU work rights (EU Passport).
