Next Job Abroad is seeking Customer Support Consultants to assist users of digital apps, wallets, and streaming accounts. No technical degree required; candidates should be chatty, helpful, and capable of quick problem solving. The role includes a 10:00–19:00 Monday–Friday shift, with weekends off.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (think: unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets).
• Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday only—weekends are 100% yours!).

• Fluency in German + solid professional English skills.
• A naturally helpful personality—you like talking to people and sorting out quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills (if you can manage live chats, emails, and phone tools smoothly, you're set).
• Ready to move abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least 1 year.
• Valid EU work rights (EU Passport).
