YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

The hotel industry is your passion. From A to Z from the arrival of guests to the preparation of food and beverages. Your expertise in hotel management and your experience in the F&B and housekeeping departments will be the pillars of service and satisfaction for our guests and employees. Together with your team you will implement our service strategy and create unforgettable stays for our guests.

Proven success as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry ideally with one of the Marriott brands.

Proven financial expertise consistently exceeding financial targets.

Hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with the team to ensure outstanding operational performance.

Forward-thinking mindset able to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Excellent leadership skills adept at mentoring and coaching fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Experience in cluster management is an advantage.
