Confidential client in the luxury hospitality sector is seeking a General Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of a major hotel and resort project in Germany. You will establish operational excellence, recruit a leadership team, and drive brand standards across all departments.

The role requires extensive GM experience in luxury hospitality, especially in the MENA region, with a strong track record in P&L management and international brands.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a General Manager in luxury hotels or resorts.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational launch of a large Hotel & Resort in Germany.

This is a confidential search on behalf of a leading hospitality owner and developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete pre-opening phase, establishing operational excellence, building a high-performing leadership team, and ensuring a successful launch of a world-class resort destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the hotel's pre-opening strategy and execution.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and brand standards.
