• Own the strategy, live operations, and performance of a hybrid-casual game.
• Define the product vision and roadmap and drive execution end-to-end.
• Use data to guide decisions and continuously optimize KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with UA, design, tech, and data teams.
• Balance gameplay quality with business outcomes.
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver measurable results.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, economy design, and content strategy.
