Job summary

CrazyLabs, a leading publisher of casual and hybrid-casual games, seeks a Publishing Manager – Product & Growth to turn promising mobile titles into scalable products. You will partner with external studios and internal teams, analyze KPIs, and translate data into actionable product priorities, improving gameplay, progression, monetization, and player experience across multiple games.

Bring 3+ years in mobile game product or publishing, strong data-driven mindset, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mobile game product management, publishing, or game production.
• Strong understanding of F2P KPIs, retention, engagement, and player behavior.
• Experience turning data into actionable product actions and prioritization.
• Experience working with external studios or distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Work with studios to improve gameplay, player experience, and performance.
• Analyze KPIs, player behavior, gameplay, and market benchmarks.
• Turn insights into clear priorities and product recommendations.
• Help improve progression, economy, monetization, content, and level design.
• Guide experiments, A/B tests, and product iterations.
• Collaborate with Analytics, QA, Creative, UA, and Product.
