We are delighted to present an opportunity of Fund Administrator in this Management Company of over 20 people, present in Luxembourg and abroad. With over 10 billion euros of assets under management, they offer the stability and job security you may be looking for, while keeping a human‑sized team in Luxembourg.

The staff turn‑over is also practically inexistant , as many employees have been employed here for over 5 years or even close to 10. Your Responsibilities
  • You maintain accurate investor and company records as well as statutory documents, and also assist with company secretarial matters.
  • You follow up on fund operations such as capital calls, equalizations and distributions.
  • You participate in the onboarding of new funds and oversee investor transactions.
  • You ensure accurate reporting for internal teams, the Board, and regulatory authorities.
  • You coordinate with the other legal, accounting, and compliance departments, as well as external service providers, to ensure smooth execution of operations.
  • You identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, improving quality and efficiency.
Profile and Career Path
  • You ideally hold a degree in finance, law, or economics and you have at least 4 years of experience in fund administration in Luxembourg. Experience in a large service provider in Luxembourg is preferred, as you will have a very similar role but in‑house . Of course, in‑house experience is also considered.
  • You have a strong understanding of AIFMD and UCITS regulations and their application in the local context.
  • You are fluent in English and are keen to join an environment with people coming from all over the world, and in a multicultural environment as a result.
