Ingeus is seeking a Functional Assessor to perform clinical assessments for DWP claimants. You will interview claimants face-to-face, via video, or over the phone to evaluate activities of daily living and document findings in detailed reports.

You will work with a team of clinicians to ensure rigorous, fair assessments and contribute to the accreditation process. Starting salary is £41,612 for a full-time role with standard hours; flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to type and confidence using computers.
• NMC or HCPC registration as applicable.
• Post-registration clinical experience required.

throughout your training are 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday. Once training has been completed (typically around six months), other working patterns are available.What you'll be doing as a Functional Assessor:Carrying out functional assessments with claimants' face to face, via video & telephone to assess their ability to undertake activities of daily living. Asking focused questions and use active listening and critical reasoning skills to gather accurate information throughout the claimant Assessment.Produce high quality, structured clinical reports on all claimants you assess, for submission to the DWP. Working alongside other highly experienced clinical colleagues to ensure high-quality & clinically fair assessments for all claimants.
