Dimensions Group is seeking compassionate care staff to support five gentlemen in a supported-living setting across four flats. You’ll help with daily tasks, promote independence, and participate in regular community activities.
The role involves limited verbal communication (Makaton), prompting with personal care, and activities out in the community using public transport. Sleep‑in shifts are offered with uplift for overtime.

You’ll be joining a friendly and lively team in a supported‑living setting, home to
five gents aged 40-60, living across
four neighbouring flats. They’re a sociable group who enjoy a mix of independence, routine, and community activities.
Two independent gents who manage most daily tasks with minimal support and three individuals who enjoy structured activities such as:

long-days with 1 sleep-in per week.
Sleep in payments are £50 per sleep in, which equates to an additional £2,400 per annum sleep in payments (based on 48 weeks of the year).
