Zusammenfassung

Early Years Alliance seeks a Sessional Assessor to deliver virtual classroom sessions and assess learners, providing constructive feedback to support progress. • To plan and teach effective learning for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, including in virtual classrooms, face-to-face and in workplaces.
• To assess with fairness and integrity, ensuring that learners receive constructive and timely feedback so that they know and understand what they have achieved and what they must do to further improve.
• Maintaining own occupational CPD annually.
• Attending update meetings / standardisation / CPD as needed.

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering virtual classroom sessions, assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback. Travelling to complete workplace assessments, employer/learner 12-week reviews and supporting the endpoint assessment process for apprentice learners will also form part of this role. Other duties include:
