Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a bilingual French-speaking retention and sales specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, advise on the right products, and protect existing customer relationships.

You will use consultative selling techniques to meet retention, sales, and quality targets while working in a fast-paced environment with KPI-driven goals and rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2)
• Experience in sales, retention, customer service, telesales or contact centres is valued
