Zusammenfassung

TD Bank in Germany is seeking a customer service representative to deliver exceptional service through advice, inquiries and issue resolution. You will identify customer needs, offer product knowledge and guide conversations to maintain satisfaction.

You will handle transactions accurately, assist with withdrawals and bill payments, support cross-selling to internal partners, and ensure compliance with banking policies. Bilingual French enhances engagement with diverse clients.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma, Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Developed knowledge and skills to offer service and advice for a range of products and services.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the full product suite, services and processes of the business area.
• Full proficiency gained through job-related training.

• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to internal Bank partners.
• Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including withdrawals and bill payments.
• Provide inbound and/or outbound service and advice on moderately complex financial products and services.
• Promote the full suite of products, advice, services and banking capabilities.
• Apply operating policies and procedures and support operational excellence.
• Complete business processes and documentation accurately and in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Support process improvement opportunities and perform due diligence on customer transactions.
• Participate as a team member, support a positive work environment and communicate relevant issues.
