EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our team in shaping cutting-edge software and product capabilities. You will design, build, and operate core systems, taking features from concept to production, and make architectural decisions to ensure scalable, reliable platforms.

You will work closely with the founders and users to identify needs, iterate quickly, and drive the product and technical roadmap with a high-agency mindset and strong English communication skills.
