Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join and shape cutting-edge initiatives in Hannover. You will design, build, and operate core software, making architectural decisions and driving features from concept to production.

You will work closely with founders and users to identify needs, iterate quickly, and influence the product and technical roadmap. We value a high-agency builder mindset, strong end-to-end ownership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proof of a high-agency builder mindset and track record of end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven domain expertise and ability to drive architectural decisions.
