Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators to design, build, and operate core software systems. You will work closely with the founders to drive architecture and product initiatives, taking features from concept through production in a high-autonomy environment.

You will iterate quickly with users, make strategic technical decisions, and contribute to the growth of category-defining initiatives, while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must have location and working-arrangement alignment for Dortmund role.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and ability to ship features from concept to production.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Design, build, and operate core software systems and product capabilities from concept to production.
• Make technical and architectural decisions and solve engineering challenges to scale systems.
