EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a high-growth team in Leipzig. You will design, build, and operate core software systems, taking key features from concept to production and shaping the product roadmap in close collaboration with founders.

You will make architectural decisions and own critical engineering challenges while communicating effectively in English. This role requires location readiness and a high-agency mindset to drive fast execution in a startup

Formación
