EWOR GmbH in München is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our core team. You will work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, taking projects from research through to execution.

You will conduct market, customer, and competitive research, turning findings into clear recommendations, presentations, and business cases. You will improve company operations and build scalable workflows to help the organization grow.

Formación

• Location in Munich with on-site work expectations.
• Builder mindset with high agency and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
