EWOR GmbH in Berlin is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our fast-growing venture and shape core software systems from concept to production. You will work closely with founders and a world-class team to take important features from idea to live product.

You will own significant architectural decisions, tackle complex engineering challenges, and help shape the product and technical roadmap with a high level of ownership and speed.

Formación

• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Make technical and architectural decisions, solve complex engineering challenges, and build scalable systems.
